My room was beautiful thanks to the really kind staff. The hotel was in a stunning location so close to the main attractions and Kamikochi-amazingly beautiful and the nearby river. It also was next to snow peaked mountains. I thoroughly enjoyed the food, it was affordable.

Greatly enjoyed the place, had a comfortable stay in an authentic onsen town in a beautiful ryokan z. The room was perfect and relaxing and had a traditional decor. The food selection was yummy! The location offered was stunning and amazing close enough to the Shinhotaka Ropeway, the bus station, and the mountains. Also, Shin Hotaka was 3 miles away. I booked it many times and recommend.

Great way to end our trip. Relaxing rooms with great view, amazingly kind and affable staff. Wonderful location in the Okuhida area with views to the nature. Based next to the bus station, Kamikochi from the top of the ropeway, and the mountains near Takayama.

The amenities were great, including two indoor and two outdoor hot springs which we enjoyed using. the views were beautiful and the staff was helpful and friendly. the meals were of high quality and the traditional Japanese room was cozy and comfortable.
The property was located quite far from popular tourist spots and it was a challenge to find a way to get there without a car. the weak WiFi signal in the room made it difficult to stay connected.

Nestled amidst the serene mountainous area, the hotel offers a worthwhile retreat from the bustling city life. The rooms are cozy, spacious, and equipped with comfortable beds. The private onsens, both indoor and outdoor, provide an ultimate relaxation experience amid the beautiful natural surroundings. The staff is friendly and provides helpful service. The traditional Japanese breakfast is delicious and served in a relaxed atmosphere.
The hotel's remote location could be a bit challenging to access without a car.

The staff, especially Takizawa, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure that our stay was comfortable. The natural onsens added a touch of luxury and relaxation to our trip.

The private onsens were amazing and very relaxing. The location was secluded and surrounded by beautiful scenery. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
It was far away from public transportation and difficult to find by car. There were no dinner options outside the hotel, which was inconvenient.
